The Plague is spreading to Cardano.
The Ethereum NFT project “The Plague” is coming to Cardano to experiment with democracy.
This will take shape in the form of a community-run DAO - with no specific goal, team, or constraints in its infancy - where the mint funds will fully be part of the treasury.
Why Cardano? Pons, the founder of the Plague, said it himself: “What better community is there to tackle the problem of governance through decentralization than the Cardano community?”
NFT NYC roundup
Our team was at NFT NYC last week, here are the main takeaways from the team about the experience:
The side events were definitely the shining star, where the true NFT lovers networked and connected. These events often were completely full and had lines around the block. We were lucky to meet many members of the Cardano NFT community in these events!
Main sentiment: Bullish besides the current market state. Everyone believes that another NFT run is just around the corner, this time not lead by NFTs on Ethereum.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable and worthwhile experience, even if the main event was not as full as last year.
Improvements to JPG Store
In the past week, we made some improvements to the marketplace:
• A better notification system, with customization so you only get what you want, where you want.
• TVL added to the collection page, as the total of all the offers in that project
• UI Changes to see your NFTs on the JPG Store UI, even if they’re staked on another platform
Making your Cardano NFT experience better, with every update!
